This is just a joke into a fiction dialogue...

However its quite representative of the continuity of Francoism
through the current PP/Aznar government.
After the whole Lepen scare in France, we need to think about
the whole situation and map: Chirac is not much better and all
over Europe fascist dressed as democrats reign and the so-called
neo-liberal system is a good continuation of fascism.

After all the LePen fuss, people forget that in Spain the followers
of the fascist Franco (who lined up with Hitler, Mussolini and
Salazar) have been accepted and in power for 6 years. Under his
government torture has continued, he has ignored any prospects
of peace in the Basque Country like the 14 months cease-fire in
2000, has implemented more anti-workers laws and his immigration
laws are a wall stopping access to those trying to get into Europe.
Anyway, heres the joke:
Franco resuscitates and bumps into a watchman of the Valley of
the Fallen:
- But, how is it possible - the watchman asks stupefied
- Stop beiong surprised and tell me: who is in charge in Spain?
- Yors ones are in command. See: as president, Aznar
- Good journalist Manuel Aznar Zubigaray! He wrote "History
Military man of the War in Spain".
- No. The grandson of the journalist.
- Who is the spokesman of the Government?
- Pío Cabanillas.
- Very intelligent. Yes Sir. Cabanillas Gallas. My minister
of Information!
- No, his son.
- Who is of ambassador in Morocco?
- Aryan Salgado.
- Well. My other minister of Information and Turismo, Gabriel
Aryan Salgado.
- No. His son.
- And how are the relations with the Moroccans?
- There are some problems with immigration, but the Government
is ordered to Fernandez Miranda of those subjects.
- Hey, Torcuato. The right man for the post!
- No, no, no, his son, Enrique.
- And in the Basque Country and Catalonia, how go the things?
- Now the regions are called autonomies and the
minister who coordinates is Jesus Posadas.
- Posada Cacho! My faithful civil governing for Soria.
- No, his son and the representative of the party in the Basque
Government is Oreja.
- Excellent, my faithful Marcelino!
- No, his nephew.
- and who is in charge of Justice?
- There is one new one, I do not decide to me how he is called,
but the one before was Mariscal de Gante.
- Well. My chief of the main directorate of Judicial Regime
of the Press,
Jaime Mariscal de Gante.
- No, either! His daughter, Daisy.
- And who lives in the Plaza del Sol in the Home Office?
- A good friend of the Socialists, Ruiz.
- What do you tell me: my spokesman, Víctor Ruiz Albéniz,
friend of the Socialists?
- No, his the grandson, Alberto Ruiz Gallardón.
- And in Galicia, tell me: who is in my native Galicia?
- Fraga.
- the grandson?
- Not
the eternal one.
